Are you experiencing impulsive feelings of anger? Do these feelings lead you to act in ways that are difficult to control and manage? Our therapists can help you learn to manage these feelings and understand where they come from. Anger is normal, but can often indicate individuals are actually feeling something more vulnerable — like sadness, hurt, frustration and disappointment — that they want to avoid.

Our holistic approach to counseling will help you work through both the emotional and physical manifestations of anger.
