Polyvagal Therapy is a body-aware talk therapy that uses brain science to help disarm unnecessary defense mechanisms rooted in trauma, depression and anxiety. Combining elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, our therapists can help clients shift from a dissociative, shutdown state or a perpetual fight-or-flight state into a state of calm.
