However, insurance companies don’t always provide us with the most up-to-date or complete information. For that reason, we strongly encourage clients to call their insurance provider directly to confirm benefits. When you call, please provide our Group NPI number (1063030872), which helps your insurance company accurately identify our practice and give you the most reliable coverage details.
